Drones es el séptimo álbum de estudio de la banda de rock alternativo británico Muse. El álbum fue co-producido por la banda y Robert John "Mutt" Lange, y lanzado el 8 de junio de 2015. La portada del álbum fue diseñada por el artista estadounidense Matt Mahurin.

Apple ha comprado la compañía israelí PrimeSense, responsable de una tecnología de captación de movimiento utilizada en diferentes dispositivos como el sensor de Microsoft Kinect. Esto abriría un mundo de posibilidades para los dispositivos de la manzana.

Según ha informado el medio israelí Calcalist, las negociaciones se iniciaron en el pasado mes de julio y finalmente han culminado con la adquisición de PrimeSense por parte del gigante de Cupertino por 256 millones de euros (345 millones de dólares).
La tecnología de PrimeSense es especialmente conocida por ser utilizada por Microsoft en su sensor Kinect, utilizado en sus consolas Xbox y también compatible con ordenadores. Sin embargo, también funciona en móviles, televisores o se puede aplicar a robots.
También resulta interesante que esta tecnología tiene aplicación en la producción industrial o en diferentes tratamientos de cuidados de la salud, con lo que sus usos se antojan infinitos.
Con este movimiento, Apple podrá seguir potenciando las posibilidades de sus dispositivos, que siempre se han caracterizado por ir a la vanguardia del uso de aplicaciones. La compañía podría integrar la tecnología en sus iPhones, iPads, iPods, Macs, pero también en Apple TV.
